To finish the EP off, the last song picks up exactly where "Verdant" started. This time, however, with more emphasis on the oceans of our world with regards to pollution and moreover their fates due to global warming.

"Azure" describes an exaggerated dystopian vision in which the world's oceans are completely boiled down to salt as a result of ever-increasing temperatures, but which is accepted under the guise of human progress as the single argument for keeping this course - the "azure pill" we're forced to swallow.

With oceans vaporised to deserts - our planet's backbone decocted - we too as humanity will die of thirst in this former basin of life.

Regarding the musical aspects of this song, the most parts were composed to resemble ocean waves - always and constantly following one another almost relentlessly.
